HOME

Where is my home?.. I don’t have yet, because, what I called come home is go to my grandma house. Yesterday my grandma said that I have to build own home quickly, before she go to heaven. Ironically maybe I can’t stay or use that home because my work place always in town, the closet town from there is Solo and Jogja. But I have new idea about that’s land. Maybe I should more brainstorming to get the brightest idea about what should I do to that land.

Yesterday I come back to my home. That was need a lot of energy, and the important thing that I can’t go to gym. But the positive side is I was off from workout after 2 month or 8 eight weeks, that suggested by the expert. But I still want to exercise in that 4 days in home. I was bike through the village until the center of the sub district twice time in different day. A little bit perspiration. After come back to Surabaya, I was weighting my body; my Body weights still the same, but increase behind the coma, approximately 300 grams. You should thanks to God, because your diet is not clean enough in home.

Okey back to your daily activities, don’t give up getting lean and healthier, this is one of your investment, don’t look the investment only by the money... May Alloh blessing u, and permit you.

Target 10 kgs more.......

10 kg in 10 weeks...
this is the banner in CF that make me curious to join at this club
but now, after 1 month + 2 weeks or 6 weeks, I lose 9 kg..
But my target is to cut the fat not the muscle until my body get lean and shaped
To achieve body fat 13%..it seems so hard, I have to reduce the weight approximately 20kg..

Oh may Alloh permit and Help me to achieve my goal..
In gradually I cut my dirty diet..and reduce carbohydrate consumption.
breakfast : oatmeal or diet supplementary
10.00 : 1 apple or boiled food
12.00 : Brown rice, with white egg, fish, or chicken breast
15.00 : 1 Apple, vegetables soup
17.00 : oatmeal, whole bread, or brown rice
20.00 : fruits

The key of my diet is variety.. because inside to avoid boringness, it is the need of body to consume all of micro and macro nutrient that cannot serve only from 1 kind of food.
so from above menu it is only 1 sample of my diet in one day..
so be consistent with clean diet...Ok..bozzz
